John Lambrecht
John is the 5th generation of this local real estate and mortgage family that has served Metro Detroit for over 100 years. He launched Lambrecht Realty in 2013 because he wanted to offer a real estate brokerage that excelled in customer service and help clients find the best real estate options that fit their residential and commercial needs.

While attending University of Detroit Jesuit, John worked for his family’s company beginning in property management of the 400,000 square foot Book Tower at the age of 16. He continued in this position post graduation from Loyola University Chicago until 2010. His experienced ranged from building operations, sales, and development.It is John’s mission to provide his clients with the highest levels of integrity, client satisfaction, and hard work. With more than twenty seven years of real estate experience at the age of 42, Lambrecht is well versed in residential and commercial real estate, development, and financing.Lambrecht’s experience ranges from selling/buying/leasing luxury homes, historic sites, condos, land, warehouses, and office buildings.On top of working in real estate, Lambrecht opened two of Detroit’s most notable restaurants, Bookies Bar & Grille and Fountain Bistro in Campus Martius Park. David Pryse
David has a diverse explanation as to how he became immersed in the local area, having a lightbulb moment on NYE 2015, when he began searching Detroit homes, curiously to determine whether the reported $1 homes were just an urban myth. To his amazement, he saw that it was indeed fact, and hence began his fascination with Detroit that saw him visit four times a year over the ensuing five years, buying and renovating vacant homes in Detroit.
When a colleague mentioned that there was a Greencard lottery, which was unknown to him, he enthusiastically applied, and was successful on his second attempt, finally relocating his entire family to the area from Australia in 2019.
Whilst leaving Australia behind, David is blessed to call the Detroit area his true home.
Such love for the region translates to his passion for the area, and when combined with his devoted and personable approach to every one of his clients, David possesses a love for helping others achieve their dreams.
David has an extensive background in finance and real estate in Australia since 1988, establishing his Australian mortgage broking business in 2009, now focused on using his vast diverse knowledge and experience in making his mark in the Detroit region with proactivity and a solution focus.
In addition to his real estate license, David also holds MLO and Notary licenses here in Michigan.
